Packed with surprises, Good and Bad
The staff were helpful and friendly! The hotel had a superb snack area running 24/7, with a lovely selection of drinks and bites. Creating a warm atmosphere.
My room was a bit tight with limited shelf space. And the noise from the central atrium first thing in the morning was a nuisance!

Well-appointed and well priced hotel, we really enjoyed this place.
Budget queen room was air-conditioned and extremely pleasant had hypo-allergenic pillows. The bed was comfortable, and there was a big bathroom. The location was best possible and practical and near all the main tourist sites, great place for short stay.

This place suits me perfectly, offering great wi-fi, air conditioning, and 24-hour reception. During my first stay, the staff helped me find car services, which I remember fondly. I highly recommend it! I'm coming back for Christmas.

It was close to everything
You couldn't use your laptop in your room, you had to come down to the foyer area to use the wifi which was most inconveinient.

I really wanted to love this place but the room was absurdly small and had no phone, difficult to contact the front desk for, oh, basic needs. I woudl ve appreciated at least a complimentary bottle of water for the outrageous price they charged. Disapointing, to say the least.

Lovely, small hotel with friendly staff in an excellent location in the old part of Seville My single room was small but adequate and nicely furnished with ensuite bathroom- very good value for money
The big drawback was the noise at night from the adjacent streetswhich meant a sleepless night. Some investment in double glazing might solve the problem

This was just an optimal selection for a couple of nights in Seville with great value. The rooms are basic, but friendly staff made our stay enjoyable and even helped with local recommendations. Bring earplugs to block out street noise.

the cleanliness was pleasing and the staff were pretty helpful when we needed to switch rooms.
| know that this is a budget hotel and you usually get what you pay for, but I don't believe the price charged reflected the the value of a closet with a bed squeezed in! God help anyone who has to spend any time, other than sleeping in rooms of this size.

Very nice hotel, much better than what you would expect from a one star hotel. Very helpful staff. Great location.
A little noisy at the first floor.

The decor in Hotel Puerta de Sevilla stands out. It feels vibrant and inviting. My room had two Juliet balconies, perfect for soaking in the evening atmosphere. Cleanliness was excellent. Both the bedroom and bathroom maintained a high standard. Staff provided stellar service. They stored my luggage before check-in, allowing me to explore Seville without hassle. Location? It's unbeatable. Just a short walk to the Cathedral and Alcazar, with fantastic tapas spots nearby. A few downsides included some street noise from the bustling area outside, particularly late at night. The shower had issues. It lacked optimal pressure. The absence of bottled water in the room was a slight inconvenience, yet the tap water was perfectly drinkable. Still, I recommend this hotel for a good stay in Seville.

This was a great little hotel, in the middle of one of the liveliest streets in Seville. We had a lovely spacious room at the front of the hotel which was inevitably noisy - fine if you are out and about until the early hours, but otherwise not conducive to sleeping, so we just opted for staying out late! Great restaurants and bars nearby - would particularly recommend the Carmela which was a few minutes walk away and did a good cheap breakfast. Seville is brilliant, and if you are trying to decide, I'd say don't hesitate - it's a great holiday destination. We shall certainly use this hotel again.
As I said above, noisy at night if you are at the front, but that's the price you pay for being in the middle of the nightlife. You might want to request a room off the front street if you think the noise would disturb you. It all quietens down about 2am. .

Totally recommended for a short stay. The hotel is fairly clean and nestled in a traditional style building with a marvellous location. Overall good food, plus there is Catalina Bar de Tapas close by...
